RMNAAFA'S (Late) Pool Party, 2002


It was another great pool party!  Nick had a great time with Jeff and the other kids (yes, that's what I meant), the food was outstanding this time around, and the company was terrific.  This time around, karaoke lost out to a marathon trivia game, and we all enjoyed this wonderful change of pace.  As we all look forward to our next great event, here's what other people had to say about this great event:


Well gang, it was another wonderful pool party, filled with delicious  food,lots of fun and great friends!!!  It was so nice to spend a day with such a special group of friends, splashing around in the pool, playing games in the clubhouse and laughing all day long!

Thanks to that extra special group of people that never cease to amaze me as to how much time and effort they put into making these special get togethers for all of us:  Margaret, Angela, Patti, Jeff, Linda and our newest friend, Gary (he stayed until the bitter end with the clean up crew...and boy can that man cube a mean block of Velveeta...amazing...lol ;)...) You make our times together so wonderful with all your hard work and I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate you!!!

Special hi and thank you to another wonderful friend who couldn't physically be with us at the pool party, but I know was with us in spirit...Maggie (Margaret Mary)!!  We missed your smiling face and wonderful laugh and want to thank you for all your efforts to plan the party and get us organized...you're wonderful and hope you're having a great time in Las Vegas with that certain special rock star!!!

It was a wonderful way to round out the summer, and I look forward to all the great events coming our way this fall and winter!  We missed those of you that couldn't make it, but hope to see you all soon!

I agree MaryAnn, the pool party was a blast. Maggie we missed you! I thought about you so many times that day!  I would like to ditto everything MaryAnn said and thank people for all the help setting up and clean up and a special thanks to Angela for shopping...you did a good job.

The Trivial Pursuit game was a blast. I tried to tell my team mate that even if it SEEMED like Margaret K-H beat us WE really came in first because when you do statistic always throw out the high and low scores....hey that would be to your advantage too wouldn't it Joe :^)

Anyway that day is going down as one of my all time best days ever. Can't wait for the next event! I am very grateful for all the good friends I have in RMNAAFA...you guys ROCK!
